Review: Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn

Title: Gone Girl
Author: Gillian Flynn
Format: Kindle
Genre: Thriller

Amy and Nick are celebrating the fifth anniversary of their marriage. Every year they play a game. Amy leaves traces and riddles, hints that lead to each subsequent trace. Each riddle is a reminder of the beautiful moments spent together. But this time, she's gone. Amy disappears. Without a trace, without a clue. While the police are looking for her, her husband is unexpectedly peaceful.

Little by little, the real story comes out. What it was supposed to be a perfect marriage in general, wasn’t perfect at all. The husband had a mistress and the wife was not happy in the marriage.

What actually happened?

Review: Murder Has Consequences by Giacomo Giammatteo

Title: Murder Has Consequences
Author: Giacomo Giammatteo
Genre: Mystery, Crime, Thriller
Format: ARC Kindle

1. Murder takes time - Never rush. Know what you are going to do before, during, and after the job. Know your victim. Their face. Routines. Neighborhood. Family.

2. Murder has consequences – When doing a job you can never, ever, let it get personal. Each assignment is just a job. If you let it get personal, it will have consequences.

3. Murder takes patience – If someone has a routine, trust it. Wait them out, and it will pay off. As for yourself, never be predictable. Don’t shop at the same place. Don’t do anything at the same place or at the same time or on the same days.
